Well, I’m on to the next one! Yesterday was my last day at my job with these ladies—collectively known as my work wives 💍👯‍♀️. I’ve been a planner my whole life, so when I tell you that leaving them was NOT part of the plan, I 👏🏾 mean 👏🏾 it. I thought this was my forever company, but the universe heard me say that and *CLEARLY* laughed—told ya, plot twist!🌀

People talk about following your passion & I get that, but don’t forget to find HUMANS who bring joy into your day when you’re doing the work. (Even if it’s just saying, “WTF?” to them no less than 90837346 times a day 😂 via text, meme & through your company chat 🤣)

I’ve been lucky that I’ve had such a great work fam in my last few roles and frankly, I’d understand if the career gods were like, “OMFG Ok no more new friends! We gave you plenty you greedy b*tch!” 😂

ANYWAY, all of this is to say, don’t count yourself out when it comes to possibilities and opportunities—if this whirlwind experience taught me anything, it’s that even if you don’t see it coming, the best is yet to come ✨

An absolutely pampered day at the new @milkandhoneyspa in the Gold Coast was just what the doctor ordered. Or in this case, what the lovely @hayet.rida invited us lucky ladies to experience this afternoon! Mini facials and massages, @juicerx and charcuterie cups PLUS the company of some new gal pals?—ya girl is on cloud 👏🏾 9 👏🏾.
